LinkedIn Ghostwriting for B2B SaaS

A LinkedIn ghostwriter for B2B SaaS founders and CEOs

I’m a LinkedIn ghostwriter for founders in B2B SaaS. I take what you already know and turn it into posts that build real authority and bring the right people to your inbox, without you carving out hours every week to write.

Do you even need a LinkedIn ghostwriter?

Not every founder does. If you already post a few times a week, your ideas land with the right people, and prospects message you because of something you wrote, you are in good shape. Keep going.

Most founders are not there. You have sharp opinions and real lessons from building a SaaS company, and they stay locked in your head, in Slack threads, and in calls nobody outside the room ever hears.

The block is almost never ideas. It is time and consistency. You start a streak, a launch or a hiring push pulls you away, and the momentum is gone before it turned into anything.

On LinkedIn, the founders who show up every week become the ones their market remembers.

That is where I come in. I get the thinking out of your head, shape it into posts that sound like you, and keep them going every week so your reputation builds while you run the company. This is probably you if:

  1. You’re a B2B SaaS founder or CEO with plenty to say and no time to say it. “I’ll post next week. I’ve been saying that for two months.”
  2. You’re technical and can explain your product all day, but writing it as a post is where you freeze. “I want to sound credible and human, not like a hustle account.”
  3. You run growth or marketing and need founder content, but your founder has no bandwidth. “Getting the words out of their head is the hard part.”
02

What does a LinkedIn ghostwriter actually do?

The job is bigger than typing posts. Writing is the last step, and most of the work happens before a single word goes down.

It starts with getting inside how you think. I learn your views, your stories, the way you explain things to a customer, and the words you reach for naturally. Then I find the angles worth posting about, the ones that match what your audience cares about and what makes you worth following.

From there it is positioning. Every post should add up to a clear picture of who you are and why you are worth listening to. It runs as a system, not a scramble, so the content stays consistent month after month.

Done well, nobody can tell a ghostwriter was involved. The ideas are yours. The voice is yours. I just make sure they show up consistently and read well.

03

How a ghostwriter helps you build authority on LinkedIn

Posting once in a while does very little. The value shows up when it is consistent, and that is the whole point of the work.

When your posts go out every week, a few things start to compound at once. You stay visible to the people who matter, your buyers, your future hires, and the investors watching quietly. Your name starts to attach to a topic, so when your category comes up, you are who people think of first.

And the inbound that follows actually fits. It comes from your expertise rather than from engagement bait, which means the conversations in your DMs are with people worth talking to, not a pile of vanity likes.

04

What I write for you

Every founder is different, so the mix shifts to fit your goals. These are the formats I lean on most.

Founder thought leadership Clear, opinionated takes on your space, backed by what you have actually seen building and selling a product.
Story-driven posts Real moments from your founder journey that make people feel something and remember you.
Product and build insights Lessons from shipping, pricing, onboarding, and growth that quietly show buyers your product is worth a look.
Industry commentary Sharp reactions to what is happening in your market, so you read as someone who pays attention.
Carousels and breakdowns Slide posts that explain a complex idea simply and earn saves, shares, and follows.
Conversation starters Posts built to pull real comments from your ideal audience, not empty likes from people who will never buy.

Real posts I’ve ghostwritten for a founder

And I practise what I write. I get 1,000+ impressions a week and 300+ profile visits on my own profile, which is exactly how I have landed inbound work with bigger brands. And a little fun fact about me: I’m also a self-published author of the book, The One by One Mindset, available on Kindle and paperback.

06

How I make the posts sound like you

It starts with a call. I listen to how you talk, the words you reach for, the opinions you hold, and the stories you tell without thinking about it. I take notes on all of it.

Your first few posts are calibration. You read them, tell me what feels off, and I adjust. After two or three rounds the voice locks in, and the edits get smaller every week.

The aim is never to invent a polished LinkedIn persona that is not you. It is to take how you already think and communicate and make it show up consistently, in public, where it can do some good.

07

Can’t AI just write my posts?

It can help with the easy parts, but it cannot do the part that matters. A model can put words on a page. It cannot tell you which idea is worth posting, why one hook stops people and another gets skipped, or how to make a post feel like you instead of like everyone else.

That judgment comes from doing this for years. I have spent 6+ years writing for B2B SaaS, I understand copywriting, and I know what makes a LinkedIn post land and what makes people scroll past. You do not get that from AI on its own.

Posts written end to end by a model tend to read flat and generic, and on a personal brand that quietly costs you trust. Your experience, your opinions, and the small details from actually building the company are what people connect with, and those still need a human who knows how to use them.

Why founders work with me

Most LinkedIn ghostwriters are generalists. I am not.

I have spent 6+ years in B2B SaaS content. I have worked with 30+ SaaS companies including Supademo (G2’s #5 Fastest Growing Software), StaffCircle, and SEOWriting.ai, where I ran LinkedIn and X content end to end. I have ghostwritten LinkedIn for a SaaS founder, so this is not a new experiment for me.

What sets the work apart is that I understand the business under the posts. I know SaaS buyers, product-led growth, SEO, and how content connects to pipeline, so your posts sound informed instead of surface-level. If you want to see more, here is my B2B SaaS writing, my content marketing work, and my portfolio.

I also believe in LinkedIn because it has worked for me. The inbound, the connections, the brands I have written for, a lot of it traces back to showing up consistently. I am excited to help you build the same thing.

Common questions

How is a LinkedIn ghostwriter for founders different from a general ghostwriter?

A general ghostwriter can write a clean post. A founder ghostwriter who knows B2B SaaS understands your buyers, your product, and your market, so the content carries real weight. That context is the difference between filling a feed and building authority.

Do you only work with B2B SaaS founders?

Mostly, yes. B2B SaaS, AI, fintech, HR tech, and adjacent tech is where my experience runs deepest, so your content sounds informed instead of generic. If you are close to that world, reach out and we can see if it fits.

How many posts should a founder publish each week?

Around three solid posts a week works well for most founders. It keeps you visible and consistent without flooding the feed or letting quality slip. I set a pace with you that matches your goals and how much you want to show up.

How long until I see results?

Personal branding compounds, so it builds over months, not days. Within a few months most founders notice steadier engagement, more profile visits, sharper conversations in their DMs, and clearer positioning in their niche.

Do you post for me, or just write the content?

Both work. I write the posts for your approval, and I can schedule and publish them too if you want that handled. Plenty of founders hand the whole thing over so it runs without them touching it.

What is your turnaround time?

For retainers I work to an agreed monthly schedule and stick to it. One-off drafts usually take 2 to 3 business days. Hitting deadlines is something clients mention about me often.

Do you write other content besides LinkedIn?

Yes. I also write SEO blog content as a B2B SaaS content writer, plus SaaS copywriting and broader content marketing. Some founders use me for LinkedIn and their blog together.
